Returns & Exchanges

RETURN POLICY

We want you to be 100% happy with your order! If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return unworn, unwashed, free from fragrance and odor or defective merchandise within 3 days of delivery for a full refund. See below for additional information regarding our return policy.

  • Returns must be postmarked within 3 days from the date your order was received. 
  • Any returns received after 3 days of delivery will be returned to sender.
  • Items purchased on elocinplus.com cannot be returned or exchanged at our retail stores.
  • All apparel must be returned unworn, unaltered, free of odor, fragrance and with all original tags attached.
  • All shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. We are unable to accept COD.
  • Returns will be processed back to your original form of payment. Please allow us approximately 14 business days to process returns; we will send you a confirmation email when your return is complete. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take 1 billing cycle after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.

HOW TO MAKE YOUR RETURN

You may return your items using any trackable and insured shipping method. Please note that we are not responsible for lost packages sent using untraceable shipping methods.  

Simply follow the directions on your packing slip for Return On Your Own, fill out the details and ship your pre-paid and insured return to the address below:

REFUNDS

  • Returns will be processed back to your original form of payment.
  • If you received your merchandise as a gift, the refund will be processed back to the purchaser’s original form of payment.
  • All refunds made within our return policy window will be for the full dollar amount of your purchase, minus original and return shipping charges.
  • Depending on your financial institution, it may take 1 billing cycle after your return has processed for the credit to post to your account.

 

EXCHANGES

ELocinPlus.com does not exchange items for different items. We will however exchange your ElocinPlus.com purchase for a different size.  Please contact us via omail at elocinplus@gmail.com or by phone at 1-609-331-9366, five days per week, 11:00 A.M. – 4:00 P.M. ET Monday through Friday, except when closed in observance of the following holidays: New Year’s Day, Easter Sunday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve Day and Christmas Day. You will receive a different size as soon as it is processed, and standard shipping will be provided free of charge on your new order.
